Follow these tips for the best results. Not sure your file is ready? Upload it anyway. Every order gets a free artwork check before printing.
- File typesPDF, AI or EPS are best. High-resolution PNG and JPG files work too. Up to 100 MB.
- SizeDesign at the final banner size, or in the same proportion (for example 2:1 for a 6 × 3 ft banner).
- Resolution300 DPI at full size is recommended. Avoid screenshots and small images saved from websites or social media.
- GrommetsGrommets sit 3/4 in from the edge, and the live preview shows exactly where each one goes. Keep logos and text off those spots.
- FontsConvert text to outlines, or embed your fonts in the PDF, so nothing shifts or swaps.
- ColorCMYK files match best. RGB is fine too and we'll convert it for print.

How fast will I receive my banner?
Approved artwork is targeted for printing within 24 hours. Eligible orders then ship priority overnight, targeting delivery within 48 hours. Weekends, holidays, artwork issues, destination eligibility, and carrier delays can extend timing.
What file types do you accept?
PDF, AI, and EPS are preferred. High-resolution PNG and JPG files are also accepted. For best results, submit artwork at final size or in the correct proportion.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes. Open the banner builder and choose custom dimensions when your required size is not listed among the popular options.
What vinyl do you print on?
Every banner is printed single-sided on premium vinyl scrim, available in 13, 15 or 18 oz. All three weights are made for indoor and outdoor use.
Are hems and grommets included?
Welded hems are included. Silver grommet placement can be configured based on the selected banner size and options.
Do you offer design services?
We provide a basic artwork readiness check before production. Contact support if you need help preparing your file or determining whether additional design work is required.
What if my banner has a print defect?
Contact support with your order number and photos. Verified printing or finishing defects are reviewed under the Print-Right Guarantee.
