13 oz: best everyday value for events, storefronts and normal indoor/outdoor use. 15 oz: added strength for repeated use and longer outdoor displays. 18 oz: our toughest material for demanding or long-term installations.

We will review the issue and, when covered, arrange an appropriate replacement or resolution. Customer-supplied artwork issues, normal wear, installation damage, and carrier delays are not printing defects.

How fast will I receive my banner?
Approved artwork is targeted for printing within 24 hours. Eligible orders then ship priority overnight, targeting delivery within 48 hours. Weekends, holidays, artwork issues, destination eligibility, and carrier delays can extend timing.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Priority overnight shipping is included with every order, with nothing to add at checkout.
What file types do you accept?
PDF, AI, and EPS are preferred. High-resolution PNG and JPG files are also accepted. For best results, submit artwork at final size or in the correct proportion.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes. Enter your exact width and height in the builder at the top of this page, in inches or feet, and your price updates instantly.
What vinyl do you print on?
Every banner is printed single-sided on premium vinyl scrim, available in 13, 15 or 18 oz. All three weights are made for indoor and outdoor use.
Are hems and grommets included?
Welded hems are included. Silver grommet placement can be configured based on the selected banner size and options.
Do you offer design services?
We provide a basic artwork readiness check before production. Contact support if you need help preparing your file or determining whether additional design work is required.
What if my banner has a print defect?
Contact support with your order number and photos. Verified printing or finishing defects are reviewed under the Print-Right Guarantee.
