By accessing our website, placing an order, uploading artwork, or purchasing products from Blazing Banner, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

1. About Blazing Banner

Blazing Banner provides custom-printed banners and related printing products. Customers may upload their own artwork or use available templates and customization tools to create their products.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue products, services, features, or website content at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

By using our website or placing an order, you represent that:

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• The information you provide to us is accurate and complete.
• You have the authority to use any payment method provided for your order.
• You have the necessary rights and permissions to use any artwork or content you submit.

3. Products and Custom Orders

Because our products are custom printed, the final product may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.

Differences may occur due to:

• Screen brightness and display settings
• Differences between monitors and mobile devices
• Color profiles and printing processes
• The characteristics of different banner materials
• Minor variations in size, trimming, or finishing
• We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and specifications accurately, but we cannot guarantee that the printed product will appear exactly as it does on your screen.

4. Artwork Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing artwork that is suitable for printing.

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring that uploaded artwork is correct
• Providing the correct spelling, wording, dates, names, numbers, and other information
• Ensuring that images have sufficient resolution for the selected product
• Selecting the correct size, material, and finishing options
• Ensuring that the final design is suitable for the intended use

Blazing Banner is not responsible for printing errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

5. Customer-Owned Artwork and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of artwork, logos, photographs, designs, and other content that you submit to Blazing Banner.

By submitting artwork, you grant Blazing Banner a limited, non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, process, modify as reasonably necessary for production, and store the artwork solely for the purpose of providing our printing services.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations necessary to use and reproduce the content you submit.

You must not upload content that:

• Infringes another person's intellectual property rights
• Violates applicable law
• Contains unlawful or fraudulent material
• Is defamatory or otherwise unlawful
• You do not have permission to reproduce
• Blazing Banner reserves the right to refuse to print content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

6. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that Blazing Banner has accepted the order.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel an order for reasons including:

• Product availability
• Artwork or content issues
• Pricing or website errors
• Payment problems
• Suspected fraud
• Technical errors
• Shipping limitations
• Violation of these Terms

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will generally refund the amount paid for the canceled order.

7. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.

The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at checkout when you place your order, except where an obvious pricing or system error has occurred.

You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us or our payment processor to charge the applicable amount for your order.

We may cancel an order if a significant pricing error occurs due to a technical or human error.

8. Production Time

Blazing Banner aims to produce orders within the production timeframe stated on the applicable product page or during checkout.

Unless otherwise stated, standard production generally takes 24 to 48 hours after the order has been successfully submitted and all required artwork and information have been received.

Production time does not necessarily include shipping or delivery time.

Orders requiring additional artwork review, clarification, correction, or customer approval may require additional processing time.

Production times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

9. Shipping and Delivery

We may offer expedited shipping options, including FedEx Overnight shipping, on qualifying orders.

Shipping availability, delivery times, and included shipping services may vary depending on the product, destination, order size, and other factors.

Shipping times begin after the order has completed production and has been handed to the applicable carrier unless otherwise stated.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's policies, schedules, service availability, and circumstances outside our control.

Blazing Banner is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Weather
• Natural disasters
• Carrier disruptions
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
• Address changes after shipment
• Customs or governmental delays
• Holidays
• Transportation disruptions
• Events beyond our reasonable control

10. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If an order is shipped to an incorrect address because incorrect information was provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Blazing Banner is not responsible for delivery failures caused by inaccurate or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.

11. Proofs and Customer Approval

If Blazing Banner provides a proof or design preview for your order, you are responsible for carefully reviewing the proof before approving it.

Once a proof has been approved, the customer accepts responsibility for the design, including spelling, layout, colors, images, dimensions, and other visible details contained in the approved proof.

Production may begin after approval, and changes requested after approval may not be possible.

12. Changes and Cancellations

Because Blazing Banner produces custom-made products, orders may enter production shortly after they are placed.

You may contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel an order.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests that are received before production begins.

Once an order has entered production, cancellation or modification may not be possible.

If production has already begun, you may be responsible for costs already incurred.

13. Returns and Refunds

Because custom banners are made specifically according to the customer's selected specifications and artwork, custom products generally cannot be returned simply because the customer changes their mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or materially different from what was ordered, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:

• A replacement
• A reprint
• A partial refund
• A full refund
• Another appropriate resolution

To help us investigate an issue, we may request photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, or other relevant information.

14. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you believe you received the wrong product, please contact Blazing Banner as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Do not discard the product or packaging until we have had an opportunity to review the issue.

We may require photographs or other evidence before approving a replacement or refund.

If the problem resulted from an error on our part, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

15. Customer-Caused Errors

Blazing Banner is generally not responsible for errors caused by information or artwork supplied by the customer.

Examples include:

• Misspelled words
• Incorrect dates or phone numbers
• Incorrect logos or images
• Low-resolution artwork
• Incorrect dimensions selected by the customer
• Incorrect colors supplied in the artwork
• Incorrect shipping addresses
• Failure to review an available proof

Where a customer-approved proof accurately reflects the information submitted and the approved design, the customer is responsible for errors visible in that proof.

16. Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to refuse orders containing content that we reasonably believe:

• Violates applicable law
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Promotes illegal activity
• Contains unlawful threats or harassment
• Contains fraudulent or deceptive material
• Violates the rights of another person or organization
• If we refuse an order for prohibited content, we may cancel the order and issue an applicable refund for amounts paid.

17. Intellectual Property of Blazing Banner

The Blazing Banner name, logo, website design, text, graphics, images, templates, software, features, and other website content are owned by or licensed to Blazing Banner and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, or commercially exploit our website content without our prior written permission.

18. Website Use

You agree not to use our website to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Introduce malicious software or harmful code
