How fast will I receive my banner?
Order by 1 PM Central on a business day and your banner is printed that day and arrives the next business day by free priority overnight shipping. Approved artwork is printed within 24 hours. Weekends, holidays, artwork issues, remote addresses and carrier delays can extend timing.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Priority overnight shipping is included with every order to all 50 states, Alaska and Hawaii included, with nothing to add at checkout.
How much does a custom banner cost?
It depends on size and vinyl weight. In 13 oz vinyl: 2 x 4 ft $34.78, 3 x 6 ft $63.17, 4 x 8 ft $94.81, 5 x 10 ft $132.51. The builder shows the price for any size instantly.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes. Enter your exact width and height in the banner builder, in inches or feet, up to 682 square feet, and the price updates instantly.
What vinyl do you print on?
Every banner is printed single-sided on premium PVC-coated polyester scrim vinyl in 13, 15 or 18 oz. All three weights are made for indoor and outdoor use and meet NFPA 701 (manufacturer data).
Which vinyl weight should I choose?
13 oz is the best everyday value for events, storefronts and normal indoor or outdoor use. 15 oz adds strength for repeated use and longer outdoor displays. 18 oz is the toughest, for demanding or long-term installs.
Are hems and grommets included?
Heat-welded hemmed edges are included at no extra cost. You choose the grommet sides and spacing in the builder; grommets are polished silver metal, 5/8 in across, set 3/4 in from the edge.
What file types do you accept?
PDF, AI and EPS are preferred. High-resolution PNG and JPG files are accepted too, up to 100 MB. Design at final size or in the same proportion, ideally at 300 DPI.
Do you check my artwork?
Yes. Every order gets a free artwork check before printing (size, resolution, text and logo placement, print readiness). If something needs your OK, we email you and print once you reply.
Do you have ready-made designs?
Yes, more than 10,000 ready-made banner designs for food trucks, shops, auto repair, gyms, churches, parties, holidays and more, in 2 x 4, 3 x 6, 4 x 8 and 5 x 10 ft.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Custom banners get 5% off 2 banners, 8% off 3 and 10% off 4 or more, applied automatically. For larger volume, repeat designs or deadline planning, email hello@blazingbanner.com for a quote.
What if my banner has a print defect?
Contact us with your order number and photos. Verified printing or finishing defects are covered by the Print-Right Guarantee.
