Will it hold up in the wind?
Our 13 oz vinyl is made for indoor and outdoor use, with hemmed edges and metal grommets. Tie it down at every grommet and pull it snug on all sides so it can't flap; a loose banner is what gets torn in a gust. For a very windy or exposed spot, build a custom banner on 15 or 18 oz vinyl: heavier vinyl is thicker and stiffer, so it holds up longer in wind and weather.
Can it stay outside in rain and sun?
Yes. It's built for indoor and outdoor use and made to resist cracking, fading and tearing through normal rain, sun, wind and outdoor conditions, with vivid UV-resistant printing.
How long will my banner last?
It depends on where it hangs. 13 oz vinyl is a great fit for events, storefronts and parties, indoors or out. If your banner will stay outside for months, or somewhere rough, heavier 15 or 18 oz vinyl in our custom builder holds up longer. Between uses, roll it (don't fold it) and store it dry to keep it looking sharp.
What if something's wrong with my banner?
Every banner is covered by our Print-Right Guarantee. If it arrives with a verified printing or finishing defect, email hello@blazingbanner.com with your order number and clear photos. We'll review it and, when covered, arrange a replacement or fix. Normal wear, installation damage and carrier delays aren't printing defects. For anything else about an order, email us and a real person will help.
